After speaking to an advisor I entered the exact measurements that I required, the item turned up a lot shorter, after phoning and speaking again to an advisor to rectify the problem they said there's nothing they could do and they'd be willing to knock money off another order.
AS IF I'D HONESTLY ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!
After a lengthy conversation the advisor said a member of the complaints department would get in touch, that never happened. So now I am stuck with over £70 worth of blinds I can't use.
Please stay clear of this company!!
