ordered a new vertical blind with the exact measurments of my old one and selected the option exact. slats are too small and have been told by customer service that the measurment included the depth of the rail. when I ask for blinds an exact measurment I expect them to be that measurment.
have been offered 50% off the price of new slats !! and the same lengthy delivery time !!
