Ordered a perfectfit conservatory blind which is explicitly shown in all fitting instructions to have concealed cords with it quoted on the website that they are child safe "The integrated frame on a PerfectFIT blind means there are no exposed wires or cords and makes it one of the safest blinds on the market.". However, the cords were clearly visible and not as expected - they had been threaded incorrectly and not to specification. After 4 separate phone calls to customer services, they agreed to have them returned so that they could assess them for them only to say that that was 'as expected', despite not being as any other PerfectFit blind from any other supplier. Refused refund despite not being as described, and only offered 25% off or balance transfer - neither which were applicable. Rude on the phone and very unaccomodating - invited me to contact trading standards. Not recommended, will never use again.
