Excellent service, we were kept informed about progress with our order every step of the way. Quality of the blinds was also very good, and fitting was reasonably easy once we had worked out the knack of clicking the roman blinds into place! Would have given 5 stars, but the coating on one of the Velux blackout blinds is slightly damaged, with some tiny patches allowing daylight to show through. We didn't notice until the blind was up, of course, and then didn't want to go to the trouble of dismantling it and sending it back. Overall, though, very happy with our purchase and the value for money.
