I think your framed blinds are a great product - we have them now in a number of rooms throughout the house. I did however find that the metal box at the top of two of the blinds was misaligned - easy for me to fix but could be a problem for a non technical person.
This is not a complaint on my part - just feedback to a company with a great product, good prices and good delivery times.
