Customer service is excellent, they sorted my issue out going above and beyond. The PerfectFit blinds are good but far more difficult to assemble than shown in videos and instructions, hence only 4 stars. You need to carefully look at the already assembled corners to see precisely how it slots together. I was a mechanical engineer and it frustrated me! More guidance needed in the videos/instructions Blinds2go.
