Ordered 4 blinds, blackout blind was poorly trimmed but worse still was the large wooden blind which arrived in a carton without marks etc but the blind so poorly protected inside with fittings loose was heavily marked - having waited a week and half for it I now have to wait a further week for a replacement. I emailed them images and called and the one word missing was SORRY......I would have expected I am sorry you have received a faulty item, I am sorry for your convenience but I felt sorry for calling them.. and too rub salt into the wounds they expected me to dispose of the 100 inch long blind...yeh right !!
not good and would not recommend.
