2 weeks after the money leaves your account you'll be told that there's a delay and they move the delivery date back. Then the freephone number you call apparently doesn't exist. Then you get told there's no refund as its all so bespoke. Then you get told that actually it's not a bespoke product as its not been made yet. Then you can't find out when it will ever be made. Then the person on the phone who's not helpful leaves you on hold.
Then you wish you had not bothered with it all
