I wish to give my recommendations for use of this company. They are helpful, courteous and best of all, they understand any financial hardship and will not judge you on anything. I thought to write a review but I feel its better to share my last email that I sent, as this sums up exactly my opinion of Consumer Money Worries. Hi Simon, Hope you are well and all ready for Christmas. I just wanted to drop you an email and let you know on my progress with debt path/plan. I have managed to secure some benefits that I didn't know that I was entitled to. Them being Child-tax credits and Housing benefit. Child-tax credits. I had to speak and pester a little for the Child-tax credits, as they were initially saying that I didn't qualify due to last years earnings. With a bit of a push and me not taking that as an answer they agreed to review my claim, which resulted in them awarding us. Housing benefit. This was a little bit of a shock to me, but after using an online calculator. I was made aware that I could possibly be entitled to housing benefit. This was a very straight-forward application. I had to go down to my local library and make the claim from there.(Which I thought was the best approach rather than to print off a form and post it). This has also now been awarded and paid fortnightly. Its not the full rent but nearly a quarter. Which is certainly a step in the right direction. I had my own hang-ups on following through with an IVA and believe that now with the added money coming in, I should now be able to get hold of my debt problem and tackle it head on, paying off as much as I can each month, without having to go through with one. I just want to say a big thank you for your time on the phone, and the time you have set aside for me. I can honestly say that I believe it was yourself that helped inspire some determination in me to sort things out. Of course if it wasn't for the benefits, I believe this email would read very differently but without your help I would never have chased up any entitlements.
