Generally ok. On the initial visit the engineer placed in excess of 100 bait traps but did not log their locations, even though there is a door number on nearly every single door! All subsequent engineers do not have a list of locations to check. Occasionally monthly visits are missed but still invoiced for. All the engineers are amicable and friendly.
