John arrived when he said he would, was highly professional, made sure checked both inside and outside of the property for the wasp nest and took his time to find the best approach, which I have to say was slightly awkward, but he did a fantastic job and the nest has now been dealt with, I cannot recommend highly enough, very thorough, thanks for getting this sorted so quickly!!
