I was devastated when I saw a mouse and totally stressed anxious and tearful at my first visit. Straight away I felt the controller was able to respond appropriately ensuring that the situation would be rectified. Areas of activity were identified and bait positioned thankfully there was no further evidence of activity. However I was advised how to reduce pests and avoid any further problems The technician was called Robert he has a very calm way with people and you feel in safe hands Initially it took some time to get to the company as this was through my household insurance however once in contact I needed to wait approximately 7-10 days for an initial visit but after this I had follow up calls scheduled closely together to effectively monitor the situation and I was informed via text link of the date and time of appointments
