A young man called Lewis came out to my home insurance call as I was nervous I had mice or rats in my loft . I have a big phobia of mice and the thought of a rat had me physically shaking and tearful . Lewis put me at ease in a short space of time , telling me what he will do what he will look for and come back another 2 visits to make absolutely sure I’m clear . His knowledge upon me asking lots of pest control questions were all answered and assured me and I felt actually relaxed about what he did with the powder on plates around the traps to see if they’ve sniffed around that an ultraviolet light shows up . He was very meticulous and didn’t hurry anything and I felt cared for . Was lovely seeing him on the next 2 spaced out accordingly visits to give chance of any unwanted pests coming in and all was clear and cleared down perfectly . I actually feel I could be over my Phobia because of Lewis and the manner he conducted in front of me he was kind caring and very polite and professional . Please could you thank him from me Lisa ward
