Another great service from Contego. This time from Adam N. who was sent when I sighted a mouse in kitchen. He was extremely thorough searching for evidence of the extent of the problem, by removing all skirting boards & pulling out all white goods. He discovered a void in wall behind kitchen cupboard (not easy to reach!) and identified this as main entry point. Adam also explained all the substances he was using to track and eradicate the mice and stuck labels on areas where substances applied. He worked v.hard to block the entry point and check for other possible entry points both inside and outside the property. I felt he was a very conscientious and professional technician and I was very reassured that the problem had been v.thoroughly dealt with.
