John from Contego is an absolute superstar and a complete professional. He managed to solve a rat problem that we have had for 3 years running - the only person to actually find the source of the issue and find a real fix to the problem.
He was incredibly thorough, calm and reassuring throughout - and his and Contego's ethos and root cause analysis was applied brilliantly to solve this issue.
