I enjoyed shopping at Contempo Ballito until I returned sale items earlier in the year. I was given a gift card with the amount loaded on. I went to Contempo in Ballito(which is the closest branch to me) on 3 different days to use the card but was unsuccessful . I was told that the machine doesnt work. On The 3rd time I expressed my disappointment to the manager who took down my contact details who promised to contact me once the machine issue is resolved. To date I am awaiting her call.
