I asked support to delete my account, which they confirm they did. They kept charging my card, I tried to login but I didn't have an account. I sent countless emails to support but no reply. I had to get the CC company to dispute and then block them. Then then started sending me automated emails saying my card was declining on a subscription I didn't have. No-one ever got back to me.
