Customer in Shipley
My wife ordered 2 items when the arrived they were the wrong colour, we sent them back and reminded them of the item descripion and the colour required. After approxomatley 1 month there had been no contact from them or a delivery of the correct items. Today 8.12.20 my wife contacted them by phone to be given short change and told that they knew nothing of the problem, did not offer to help or assist in finding the items and were unhelpfull. Unfortunatly I did not keep the Royal mail recipt, we won't be buying fom them again.
