In my personal view it is almost sharp practice to plague customers with promises of 35% off to incentivise sales, and then to rely on the smallest of small print to say 'anything that is directly supplied is ineligible'. How does the customer know what is sent direct from a manufacturer - unless you say in your marketing material....straightforward sharp practice to use such caveats. Then when it is queried the response from customer service (Gary Gatward) was quite frankly shocking, someone called Emma is championing how good customer service is in the publicity materials well Emma in truth if the customer feels its poor service then it was, regardless of how often you say it isn't! If you rely on small print that isn't customer service: make an offer transparent, don't reel folk in, in order to make sales by subterfuge...Otherwise, like me, they will never go near your company again! Your products are probably innovative, useful, and good value but don't make up sales that are not honest. Be true in your marketing and you'll built a loyal customer base. Maybe it works for you, and turnover is good, but I suspect your repeat customer numbers are few and far between, as my view now is BUYER BEWARE before using this company - the price offered is not the price you'll pay..... It certainly wasn't for me, and they just don't care a jot.

Beware! I won’t use them again. I purchased three items and kept two but returned one as unsuitable. A pre-paid postage label was included with the order but I discovered later that they deduct £4 postage from the refund amount. If I had been aware of this policy, (it’s probably in the small print somewhere but I didn’t see it), I would have returned all three items in the same parcel on principle. There are enough companies to buy from online who offer free returns these days. I won’t use this company again solely because of their returns charge policy.

NEVER AGAIN. my order hasbeen a nightmare from the start. Two items ordered to be delivered to my Son. One turned up. Driver submitted TWO photos to coopers. Very long saga from the beginning. Refund received today. BUT now my mobile company have sent me a bill for £67.24. This is purely for my phone calls and being put on hold to coopers. Absolutely distraught. I've used Coopers many times BUT NEVER,NEVER AGAIN. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL

I ordered two weeks ago and not received my order that should have been with me in 2 to 3 working days. I sent an enquiry form which they have not replied to but did send an email saying item has been dispatched, however there was no tracking details on the email and still no delivery after another 4 days. I will stay away from this company in future.

I ordered two items 2 weeks ago l209 p360 I phone to day and I was told i should have the two items by the end of the week I don't think this is good service when I order on amazon you can get your Item the next day

Filled in a faulty item return request. Waited 3 working days and decided to ring. After 8 minutes of listening to boring music a lady answered and hung up within 10 seconds. Got an email almost straight away saying "Contact B&Q for returns" Contacted B&Q who were excellent. They said Coopers were the 3rd party vendors and were responsible. He said Coopers and other 3rd parties do it all the time. He advised me to return it to my local B&Q for a refund. B&Q excellent, Coopers 1 star*

I rarely write reviews , however I felt the need for this one. I have purchased several sofa covers over the years, some good and some not so. This one from Cooper's of Storeford is absolutely perfect. The size is spot on and the quality is the best I have ever seen. If you required a sofa protector, look no further than this one, it will not disappoint.

Charging 7 pence a minute to order on line and the person on the other end plays delaying tactics in order to keep you on line as long as possible, absolutely disgusting and we will not be shopping there again.

The same stuff is available cheaper on Amazon - even in their own Amazon shop. Purchased one thing and they then start sending a thick catalogue in the post. Then ringing them costs 7p per minute on top of your free minutes so you have to send emails to get the post stopped. Annoying company!!

Given no delivery tracking details and when you call their company you are charged a premium rate call (and 0844 number) to get details that should have been supplied to you in the first place. Slightly buried on their website is a more respectably priced 0300 number, however their website is just terrible and I ha e no ideal how (or if) my order will actually appear. Never again will I use this company.

Appalling that after four weeks we have still no delivery date, no apology, nothing. Order placed, money taken yet still no delivery date. They blame the haulage company, alas the order is with them. Jagger Green Properties ordered garden pots for a client, alas we can’t even advise the client of when they will be delivered. No one cares, they don’t answer the phone, takes three days to answer an email, alas nothing. Shambles, don’t use!!!

Where do you buy this rubbish? Purchased an Extendable Bathroom Scrubber to clean the glass sides of a shower cubicle. The article in question is not fit for purpose. The Scrubber head is too loose, and turns over when you try to clean the shower walls with the result that the plastic backing is dragged down the glass sides. It also has a tendency to fall apart in your hands. Have since dumped this in the recycle bin. Not happy.,

Spent over £100 on Christmas and birthday presents. Paid nearly £6.00 for delivery and items were packaged in a thin plastic bag which looked like it needed to be repaired by the courier. Surely this could have been packaged in a box. All the contents arrived dented / battered / ripped boxes making them unsuitable for presents. This is the second time this has happened to me and I told them about this a year ago. When you spend this amount of money you expect your purchases to be sent in a box not a thin bag. So Coopers I won't be buying my presents from you again.
