My order took a month to get to me and was sent three times. Finally when I got the order the third time it was sent it was not sent to my choice of delivery place. Also two of the items were completely wrong, not what ordered. I would not go near this company again!

I ordered several items (all presents) from Coopers on 15/12/22 with the guarantee that all orders made before 21/12/22 would be guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. This guarantee was worthless, the items did not arrive until long after Christmas and only after I had eventually managed to get through (I had rung the company numerous times trying to get through) and a very rude person said the fault lay with me as I should have chased this matter up with the Courier. The order eventually came in 2 separate deliveries, after more phone calls from me. a belated apology, no gesture of good will. all the years I have shopped there I have not had a problem, but no recommendations from me again and no more purchases. Very disappointing, just would not trust them again

I placed an order and when I checked on my bank there were 2 payments pending for ONE order I have received the order today one payment has gone out but the other one is still pending I phoned customer service and the young lady had the manners and personality of a dried up prune she was curt and very unpleasant I own my own company and have never had the attitude she had to a customer. How can I get this sorted I have contacted my bank and 2 payments were put through by Coopers I have times and authorisation codes for both PLEASE I need this sorting out Hilary Yates

I have received a different item to the one ordered online but when I explained that to customer service, she said I would have to pay £3 to return the item Even when I didn't actually order the item they sent. It was some fleece draught excluders but was sent different ones that were not as good as the original ones ordered, pretty awful and cheap flimsy looking draught excluders, not happy at all with them and don't see why I should have to pay to return something I didn't order. Cust service said that they have a right to send different items of same quality and price (well that's not what I received) so I'm going to write to the company now as I'm not keeping them and want them collected free of charge and if that doesn't happen then I'll return them and shop elsewhere in future!!!

I am unable to resolve a delivery charge problem. Like other customers the charge to contain company is ridiculous. I am contacting my payment company to refute payment. Do not use them.

Bought umbrella which was a two for one price offer. Only received one umbrella - not impressed; and can't find their web chat service which they advised in response to my e-mail. Why are they in business if they don't want to serve us?

I ordered a egg poacher and a plug in mini heater they came on the 5th of October the poacher was not compatible for my induction hob and the heater didn't work I sent them back on the 8th of October with evri and I haven't heard anything from you, I've reported it to PayPal I want my money back I will not shop there again

Spent ages on the phone obviously because its a premium rate number, which is not made clear on their DAILY MAIL advert. Fortunately I have a premium rate cut off with Virgin so I was cut off whilst making my payment. The phone call ripped me off for £10. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They should not be allowed to advertise.

Do not use this company. My dad bought some slippers, never turned up, had to ring up twice total of £6.27 extra on the phone bill, absolutely disgusting, shame on you. W

Customer services charges a premium rate and this is not clear. Terrible for a company which has a high number of elderly customers who would tend to call rather than use email. I am also pretty sure I never agreed to be sent catalogues, so question their GDPR compliance.

Have used Cooper's for decades.Not any more after discovering that premium rate phone charge .Kept waiting 14 mins then cut off by Cooper's so couldn't order.Found the call cost me £9.49 and gained nothing except raised blood pressure.Coopers...what has happened to your company??I'm ashamed to have recommended you to friends and family.

Bought a rhino tyre inflator got no mains adaptor for charging battery in box can only use cigarette lighter point. So can't inflate anything unless near car.

Coopers of Stortford have kept my deceased mothers information illegally for over a year. I have been asking them to remove her name and address from their database, for 15 months I have returned their catalogues, that have been re-directed to my address. They send so many catalogues, about 1 a month. You can’t call the customer services number without a charge. I have also sent several emails via their website, which have all been ignored. They do not have a direct email address. This company spam you, as soon as they have any details, my advice, never give them your information and do not buy from them. They can not be trusted. I have been extremely distressed with having to deal with this terrible company, they continue to send catalogues. PLEASE REMOVE customer account 3364057.

I have been a customer for a number of years and have no complaint, goods always delivered in good condition and as i always order by phone operators are very pleasant and helpful. Just remember no company is perfect and all have their ups and downs.

Ordered a garden ornament; in stock and due for delivery in 5 days. Was told would be delivered as scheduled on the Friday. Nothing arrived. Now 4 days later still nothing. Phoned Sortford who tell me once it leaves them it’s no longer their problem. 30 minutes on the phone at premium rate. Shocking service.

Ordered a small cabinet. Didn’t arrive after 2 weeks. Payment was taken from my account as pending three times even though item never received. Company emailed repeatedly to try and get my money back into my account but just told it was ‘ghost payments’ and the money would return at ‘some point’. I waited weeks for these payments to be cancelled and the money returned to my account but to no avail. Finally had to phone the company to chase my own money and ended up costing me £7.28 on my phone bill as company uses premium phone services. Never even received item. Feels like a scam company as still have no understanding why they needed to even have the item pending from my account so many times for so many weeks which left me unable to have sufficient funds. Stated there is nothing they could do about this. Avoid this company at all costs.

Paid 182.98 on 6th May for Treadmill that did not work when unpacked. On 3 collection dates during May the firm to whom Coopers sub-contract to collect faulty goods did not show up. How do I return this package before I have to get it taken to the Tip?
