Utterly shocking company that doesn’t deserve customers. My parents, both in their 80’s, spent £350 in ordering all their Christmas presents in November 2021. It is now almost February 2022 and they still haven’t received them, resulting in them being unable to buy anyone a present for Christmas! They literally spent hours on end in desperate and futile telephone calls to completely unhelpful, pass the buck, working from home with screaming babies in the background staff. Staff that tried to blame my parents for giving a incorrect address, which was a lie, because Coopers had sent their order to the wrong address. A staff member suggested if they wanted their goods they should contact the people at the address they sent it to and ask them to send it to them! They also suggested they go and collect their order themselves from the address Coopers had incorrectly delivered it to. For disabled people in their 80’s, a round trip journey of 800 miles, which would have taken them 4 days. What a disgustingly shameful request. On Coopers advice my parents cancelled the order then re ordered so they may get it in time for Christmas. After waiting and waiting, and hearing nothing more, they spent many more hours on the phone in a perpetual buck passing fest, only and eventually to be told their was no record of their re order! If it wasn’t for the stress and heartache this has caused it would be laughable…. Coopers, then refused a refund on the re order because they now cannot find it on their records. I have had much experience with incompetent customer service in my life but this sorry disgraceful company have raised the bar significantly! In desperation my parents approached their bank, who unlike Coopers, have been completely understanding and are providing a refund! Oh, and if anyone fancies having my parents order, please feel free to collect it from Cornsay Colliery, where Coopers have just left it at wrong address! Coopers, you are a disgrace!

I ordered a mini-table CodeC969 which is excellent for the purpose I needed except it says it’s so easy to fold away and store. This may be for a young person to fold away but for me in my 80s it is extremely difficult. It’s awkward and impossible to get the legs in correct position to fold. I wouldn’t recommend this product for anyone over 60.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! IGNORANT CUSTOMER SERVICES, UNHELPFUL. ALSO COST ME £12 FOR A 15 MINUTE PHONE CALL TRYING TO FIND OUT THE MESS THEY HAD MADE WITH MY ORDER! I HATE THIS COMPANY!! AVOID¬!

Do not order from this company. They offer false promises. I ordered items from them totalling £50 on 17th December 2021. It was posted all over brochure and adverts everwhere that if items were ordered before 20th Dec 2021 they would arrive in time for Christmas. This has not been the case and when eventually got a response from the company stated they had just been dispatched on 27th December. No refund or recompense offered. I will be contacting the Ombudsman to advise of their poor quality service and other places which they are advertising their false promises. Absolutely rubbish company. Too many good companies offering an excellent service to put up with this rubbish!

Will NEVER use this incompetent company again! Ordered two lamps. Received two of the same item. I have so far spent over £15 on the phone trying to rectify their mistake! Every person I have spoken to has been RUDE with no apology and a disinterested ignorant tone! Was told a replacement would def be sent in time for xmas. Called them again today to check this as have had no notification and was told it has not even been sent! ABSOLUTELY DIABOLICAL COMPANY. AVOID WITH A BARGEPOLE! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IN THE GUTTER.

Will never order from this company again. Ordered Christmas gifts 23rd November. Emails totally ignored. After ringing them I got a email on 16th December to say sold out. Totally left it too late to order from another company. Avoid.

Ordered a booster cushion for my mother. It never arrived. Called them up and they said Hermes had not attempted delivery but had sent it back to them !!!!! They would send out another. This never turned up either. Another call to customer services. Promised to send it out again, it never turned up. Final call to customer services to cancel order and request refund which did turn up as a cheque. Now the final sting in the tail, each time you call customer services you are paying premium rate call charges. My three calls to try and rectify their total incompetence ended up costing me over £16. Absolutely the worst online shopping experience ever combined with the sharp practice of fleecing you with premium rate call charges. Totally unethical company who totally justify the many one star reviews. I will be avoiding these sharp operators in the future and my advice to you is to do the same.

My order aced on 26/12/21 costof that order £255 28. Only received so three items leaving £118 for goods not received, they day was in order received, (certainly was not.). Got hold of them eventually after phone calls holding on, send there must have been mix up on order and would send again. Still not received them on 9/12/21. Have sent email to address returned after 4 attempts saying server not accepting it. Now writing in person to them. All I want now is refund for monies owing. Then going to close account, fed up with nothing but hassle customer services couldn't care less.

My order was not what i expected. Trying to get hold of someone regarding my return has been a headache. They say that their get back to you within 72hrs but dont, several emails later they still havnt... all i want is a returns label... never again

the company uses Hermes for its deliveries . I suggest you open the package BEFORE the driver leaves your front door . Damaged box ,damaged goods ,free delivery but it cost £11.15 postal charges to return goods that cost £25 , ie 45% of the cost of the goods . Poor packaging was part responsible for the damage . Not impressed !!!!!

Would you believe it Coopers are STILL bombarding my promotion emails with their unsolicited adverts many days after my previous adverse review!!! Do they read these reviews are are they just being perverse? If not, please DO share my comments with the culprits ... Peter Swan

Wrote, enquiring about stock of their 'bicycle trailer'. Not only did they not bother answering me, the very next time I checked their site the trailer was missing. I had obviously reminded them to carry out a stock check. I wouldn't mind but there own site states: 'We aim to respond to queries within 24 hours however, please allow longer during busy periods'. I've waited about 2 weeks so far?

Put an order in on the 6th October, phoned 3 weeks later to be told after 30 minutes waiting to get through to be told they could not find my order, someone would phone me on Monday to sort it out, no phone call, so phoned again and was told my order had been found, so looked forward to receiving it, when it arrived it was nothing like my order, so phoned again, (at 7p a minute) an when I told them my order was not what I had ordered, and that I should receive compensation for all the calls with no order in sight, was told I would have to show them my phone bill to prove my calls,when I said that was impossible as no paperwork is received from phone calls, she cut my call of, I phoned up a different number not costing 7p a minute and was told somebody would phone me to discuss the matter, so far no call received. great customer service, will not be using this company again

Very disappointed with the product jo40. Pack of 4 chome suction pads. £15 99 . They do not stay as a suction for very long . Would not recommend or ever buy again ,waste of money.

Placed an order from the Winter 2021 catalogue which states 20% off everything only to find when delivered i was charged the full price. No chance of being able to contact anyone on the phone as there was a waiting time of 25 people. The goods that i ordered were shoddy goods not worth the special price. I would strongly suggest to any other customers to be extra careful with any orders to avoid disappointment.

I ordered an Air Rhino from Coopers. Unfortunately it was incomplete. They arranged to have it collected but, although they stated on their Invoice that we would get a full refund, you have to pay the carriage costs of the return. At last, after sending them a message on the pending refund through their web site and I called the customer services, they took 3 weeks to reimburse us (minus £3). I will never use this company any more. I feel very disappointed indeed. They wasted my time and money.

I recently purchased a solar animal repeller for my son's garden. It have proved very effective in keeping a neighbours' cats away. The service I received from Cooper's was excellent .Ordering was easy, delivery was within the given time, plus there was an added bonus of free delivery. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. Thank you
