the company uses Hermes for its deliveries . I suggest you open the package BEFORE the driver leaves your front door . Damaged box ,damaged goods ,free delivery but it cost £11.15 postal charges to return goods that cost £25 , ie 45% of the cost of the goods . Poor packaging was part responsible for the damage . Not impressed !!!!!

I am very disappointed with a firework lamp I expected it to explode like firework no all it does is nothing that is why I am only giving it one star

Would you believe it Coopers are STILL bombarding my promotion emails with their unsolicited adverts many days after my previous adverse review!!! Do they read these reviews are are they just being perverse? If not, please DO share my comments with the culprits ... Peter Swan

Wrote, enquiring about stock of their 'bicycle trailer'. Not only did they not bother answering me, the very next time I checked their site the trailer was missing. I had obviously reminded them to carry out a stock check. I wouldn't mind but there own site states: 'We aim to respond to queries within 24 hours however, please allow longer during busy periods'. I've waited about 2 weeks so far?

Put an order in on the 6th October, phoned 3 weeks later to be told after 30 minutes waiting to get through to be told they could not find my order, someone would phone me on Monday to sort it out, no phone call, so phoned again and was told my order had been found, so looked forward to receiving it, when it arrived it was nothing like my order, so phoned again, (at 7p a minute) an when I told them my order was not what I had ordered, and that I should receive compensation for all the calls with no order in sight, was told I would have to show them my phone bill to prove my calls,when I said that was impossible as no paperwork is received from phone calls, she cut my call of, I phoned up a different number not costing 7p a minute and was told somebody would phone me to discuss the matter, so far no call received. great customer service, will not be using this company again

Very disappointed with the product jo40. Pack of 4 chome suction pads. £15 99 . They do not stay as a suction for very long . Would not recommend or ever buy again ,waste of money.

Placed an order from the Winter 2021 catalogue which states 20% off everything only to find when delivered i was charged the full price. No chance of being able to contact anyone on the phone as there was a waiting time of 25 people. The goods that i ordered were shoddy goods not worth the special price. I would strongly suggest to any other customers to be extra careful with any orders to avoid disappointment.

I ordered an Air Rhino from Coopers. Unfortunately it was incomplete. They arranged to have it collected but, although they stated on their Invoice that we would get a full refund, you have to pay the carriage costs of the return. At last, after sending them a message on the pending refund through their web site and I called the customer services, they took 3 weeks to reimburse us (minus £3). I will never use this company any more. I feel very disappointed indeed. They wasted my time and money.

I recently purchased a solar animal repeller for my son's garden. It have proved very effective in keeping a neighbours' cats away. The service I received from Cooper's was excellent .Ordering was easy, delivery was within the given time, plus there was an added bonus of free delivery. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. Thank you

I've purchased on behalf of my elderly mother, quite a few things from Coopers. On more than one occasion I've ordered something in error, but the team respond quickly to my emails thus resolving any issues. It really is an excellent service, highly recommended for the quality of goods and efficient back-up team. Thank you

We have been waiting over three weeks for our order. We have been told it has been dispatched but Hermes haven’t even received it yet. We keep emailing them but they take nearly two days to reply . Dreadful service. Never ever again

I have had good service for many years but their website is a mess Tried to find out where my order was but on the website was "Tracking N/A". Really in this day and age tracking should always be there. And another thing, I ordered on the 9th and now we are at 15th, it's about time they got that right, I can order from eBay or Amazon and my orders are delivered within at the most 2 days

They do not respond within 24 hours. I spoke to one older female member of staff and whilst she wasn't rude, by the tone of her voice you could tell she didn't want to be there or deal with me. With the current situation, she should think herself very lucky that she's even got a job. If it were me, I would dispense with her services and employ someone who does want it.

ordered the spin mop last week it is absolutely useless it just does not spin the worst thing I have ever ordered from you it is now in the bin as it would have cost more than the product was worth to return it you would do well to take it off the market very disappointed

I stressed that I couldn't carry weight and that the package would have to go round the back. I also stressed that I am in poor health. The package has been left, battered to Hell, propped at the front door. I suggest that you retrieve it and refund my money.

We had issues with not receiving 2 orders we placed - one that my mother (aged 89) placed over the telephone and one that I placed on line through the website. The excuse given when we eventually managed to speak to someone was that they had been very busy! To top it all my mother has received her telephone bill and has incurred charges of over £12.00 trying to speak to someone in customer services to resolve the issues. Be warned that the contact number given on the website is a premium number and is charged at 45p a minute and you are left holding on the phone for ages when the call connects. This is absolutely appalling and we will NOT be ordering anything from this company again! They do not deserve any stars!
