Will NEVER use this incompetent company again!
Ordered two lamps. Received two of the same item.
I have so far spent over £15 on the phone trying to rectify their mistake! Every person I have spoken to has been RUDE with no apology and a disinterested ignorant tone!
Was told a replacement would def be sent in time for xmas. Called them again today to check this as have had no notification and was told it has not even been sent!
ABSOLUTELY DIABOLICAL COMPANY. AVOID WITH A BARGEPOLE! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IN THE GUTTER.
