I bought a pack of 2 solar lights and one failed within the warranty. Coopers sent me another pack of 2 both of which failed. Contacted Coopers and because the original lights were out of guarantee they were not interested. Said tough basically. Ver poor customer service in my opinion

the company uses Hermes for its deliveries . I suggest you open the package BEFORE the driver leaves your front door . Damaged box ,damaged goods ,free delivery but it cost £11.15 postal charges to return goods that cost £25 , ie 45% of the cost of the goods . Poor packaging was part responsible for the damage . Not impressed !!!!!

I purchased a carpet sweeper for 28.99p.The screw thread has gone on one of the connecting rods and keeps coming off when in use.It seemed good when I first bought it but has gone down hill too the point were I can no longer use it.For that sort of price you should be able too have confidence in the product but not in this case.Very disappointing indeed.

Ordered g114 cap received 3 yesterday, kept one returned other 2 , still waiting for news of the 2 i returned monday last week Still waiting for refund , all in all I have returned 4 of these caps .

I ordered three items a week ago, by post, and items were received yesterday, so pretty quick, but the plastic envelope was damaged in three places as if someone had cut into it with a knife to see if anything valuable could be taken out. However, all three items were still there, but the throw was the wrong colour and slippers were a size too small! Will ask for a refund for these two items, but I am not too optimistic when it will be sent out. Will keep the handkerchiefs, but because they are priced below £15, I assume Coopers will charge nearly £5 for delivery and in addition to paying Hermes for the returned items, a dozen hanchies will have cost me near £20! Waste of time and money. The next catalogue will go into the bin!

Colin W - Bham Took delivery today of 3 Tier Step Ladders (made in china) problems assembling safety arms! i.e. The nuts do not fit the bolts and the bolts are 1/2 inch too short! Looks like a visit to Willow to sort it - dissatisfied with the inconvenience - Supplier should be notified as it's not Cooper's Fault! Hope your day is better than mine!

Very disappointing service. Getting through to someone is very difficult. A long-handled weeder I bought broke within three days of delivery after only 10 or so uses. On 30 April 2020, I received an e-mail from a Chris Tripp to say that a replacement would be sent. Four weeks later, I am still waiting.

Bought wind proof umbrellers recently my previous ones I lost and had them for 4years .well used and lasted all this time and lived up to their promise .my recent ones I bought from coopers and first time out did not live up to the promise and damaged beyond repair .not remotely windproof fabric not as robust as previous ones bought from easylife.

Ordered solar torch lights and one stopped working the following week. Sent email and received reply apologising and saying a replacement would be sent immediately. Ten days later, no replacement and no reply to email asking where the goods are.

Placed order on 29th July.Having placed order confirmation stated that one item will not be available for 6 weeks.Two other items I needed urgently but nothing has been shipped. No answers to e-mails, gave up trying to ring them - huge waits. Dreadful service suggesting that this company (who I have used many times in the past) have serious problems.Have cancelled my complete order.Cannot recommend.

Returned items on 17th June and received part refund on 25th June of £6.45. Phoned office on 4 July spoke to Sarah who confirmed that I would receive £24.98 in next couple of days.......still waiting!!

I bought a striped door curtain to try and keep out the flies. Not only does it sometimes full down when you walk through it but the flies still get in. Waste of money.

I ordered a hedgehog nest box and received a box of wood. I don't mind a final fix approach but resent being expected to make the thing myself! Getting sick and tired of this level of service when buying an "item" which does not exist. I am quite practical but not everybody is. I might as well have built one myself - oh yes, I am!!

I have dealt with coopers for many years, paying by cheque, This time however they have refused my cheque (three weeks after receiving my order) It is my habit to write Pounds as Pds on cheques which is accepted by my bank and all other banks and company’s. No reason given, which leads me to cancel my order. I wii NOT deal with this company in the future.

I had to return a. Vacuum because it blew out instead of sucking up.It was replaced and I waited until my son returned from abroad to open the replacement. The same fault occurred It is useless. He suggests it I faulty wiring. I cannot afford expensive phonedalls about this, But will go through the documents tomorrow an£ return it

I have bought several solar powered items from Coopers this year. the Gutter lights only lasted a few months, the solar water lilies a few weeks and the solar lily pad fountain even less. I have told them on several occasions that these items ar no fit for purpose. Their response 'we sell thousands with a very small return rate' if it increases they will investigate further!!! I had 9 solar lilies of which only 2 are still coming on and I don't expect these to last much longer. Not a good record I would say 80% failure rate so far and will probably be 100% any day now. I have a lot of other solar lights in the garden from other sources and they've been going for over a year. Very disappointed with Coopers attitude to my complaint.
