Took delivery today of 3 Tier Step Ladders (made in china) problems assembling safety arms! i.e. The nuts do not fit the bolts and the bolts are 1/2 inch too short! Looks like a visit to Willow to sort it - dissatisfied with the inconvenience - Supplier should be notified as it's not Cooper's Fault! Hope your day is better than mine!
