Your 'See-in-the-dark glows at night' glows but no way can the time be read in the dark, why? (poor) Your 'Check your temperature in 1 second thermometer' manual says NOT designed for medical care so why sell it for that use???? Your 'Spray mop' may be good for cleaning the floor but how do you clear the excess water off the mop? (not good)

What the Dickens happened to my microwave omelette maker? Suggested 3 eggs plus fillings ! I put 2 eggs plus few fillings and closed it and it leaked half of it everywhere! What a waste! Product doesn't do what leaflet suggests. Would like my money back ASAP please.

Why do you sell steam mop with the bit to put on the steam mop to clean the carpet donot fit properly the string is not long enough to secure it around the steam mop. Had to go on my hands and knees to shampoo my carpet, had I wanted to do this would not have spent money on a steam mop, wish I could send the steam mop back and get a refund

Order WEB10471603 received an email from you order dispatched on 27/10. Email from Hermes 1pm on 28/10 saying called but no answer. This cannot be true as in Wales lockdown I have not been out of house. From my sitting room I can see the long path and steps to my house. No one entered the whole day. Had great trouble trying to contact you as my mobile has a limit so I cannot ring your no. Found a no for Hermes and automated response said they had tried to deliver again today. This is 100% not true as again I have been here all day. No calling card has been put in door either time. Please advise as I am in work next week and cannot have someone to my house to accept delivery. The reason I ordered for this week. Kind regards

Why have I not had any response to my phone call regarding my order.? I ordered mattress cleaner in a spray bottle and received a container of carpet cleaner which as I told lady on phone was open and powder was in box and packaging.very dangerous if inhaled when opening! Were told on phone this would be put right but have heard nothing!

I have just ordered 2 products from Cooper's I read the booking form which says no delivery charge on orders over £15 which I would like to say this is very misleading as if there is a offer on you have to pay delivery charge it is a scam as it would of been cheaper just for me to have had the items at full price perhaps not alot cheaper but if this company is taking just a small amount extra it must be making lots of money with the amount of people who shop with them I would advise anyone to check the full price against the offer and make sure you really are getting a good deal which I'm afraid can't be many actually getting any reduction at all in fact the company are making money out of you they ask you to state the code to get 20% off knowing full well that the customer will be charged delivery I'm sure this is against the law thousands of books have been sent out so many people will be disappointed thinking they are getting a deal I won't be using this company or sister companies again

My Son has a coopers black pepper mill battery operated and for no apparent reason has stopped working. He has changed the batteries the light comes on but motor doesn’t . So my question is has the motor died, is it replaceable or just need to buy another.?

I recently purchased a coppers 45 watt heater for my outside toilet,having fitted it as instructions I have now switched on to combat any inferior weather.the heater hardly gets hot and is obviously not working properly.l have now noticed from your current book that this heater is no longer advertised. Is this because of discovery that the item is not has advertised.I have purchased dozens of your products at hundreds of pounds in the past and think we have been let down by this latest purchase. How can you keep getting away with running such a shoddy company & why do people still buy from you? Have picked up one of your brochures, from an insert in a Sunday paper & your products look suspiciously like those from “EasyLife”, another appalling company. See you have those supposedly “windproof “ umbrellas that I got from EasyLife & proved to not be windproof!
