“I have been a customer for a number of years and have no complaint, goods always delivered in good condition and as i always order by phone operators are very pleasant and helpful. Just remember no company is perfect and all have their ups and downs.”

“After coming out of winter and my car that had hardly moved I looked for some sort of fuel addative to pep up the engine. I spotted in your catalogue the Cataclean additive. What a revalation it it turned out to be, finally an addative that worked! After a suitable number of miles I found the engine to be more reaponsive and more efficient and more economic to run. I run a Honda Jazz that is 17 years old and now I get 49 mpg on steady run.”

“Bought the glass hob covers. Arrived in good time. Fit perfectly. Only problem, where the feet are positioned, means one has to be upside down. Other than that, very happy.”

“I bought some settee and chair cover from Coopers the settee cover does not fit and would not fit the smallest size given. They said they would pick them up, when they did not arrive on the day stated, I phoned them, I was told to taken to the post office and was given a lot of abuse. The returns label is not prepaid which will mean me footing the bill and not getting a refund.d”

“ordered two wall clocks buy one get one free. one was black and one was silver. they cost me 19.99 for two. i also had free postage when i ordered. the items came in 7 days which although is not next day delivery was not bad. when the clocks arrived one stopped working after a week - to my disappointment - phoned coppers and they sent me a replacement. i found this hassle free and what i expected as one was broken. good deal and and nice not paying delivery for once so pleased overall”

“Regarding my previous feedback. The item ordered 'Tyre pressure monitor' was delivered at the time Customer Services stated. Quality of the item is good and functions perfectly well. So worth the wait.”

“The delivery took two days once they were sent(over seven days to actually send them) and the stuff I ordered was good and well packaged they would be a good company if they sort the despatch side of the business out.”

“We have had many products from Coopers & yes, sometimes have had to wait for goods but appreciate the busy times for the company. No problems so far but would add that we ordered & received two door canopies in green and are so pleased with them wanted to extend and, Coopers no longer do the canopies in green - wonder why!!!”

“I have been using Coopers of Stortford for many years now & Can honestly say I have never had any major issues with the company or any of the members of staff I've spoken to. Although my order of the comfy cushion was a few days late, when I phoned up to complain the member of staff I spoke to was very apologetic and assured me that the problem would be fixed right away, I felt very valued and I appreciated their honesty and sincerity. I am now currently enjoying my big comfy cushion thanks to Coopers and will be ordering again in the future! Keep up the good work!”
