I have been using Coopers of Stortford for many years now & Can honestly say I have never had any major issues with the company or any of the members of staff I've spoken to. Although my order of the comfy cushion was a few days late, when I phoned up to complain the member of staff I spoke to was very apologetic and assured me that the problem would be fixed right away, I felt very valued and I appreciated their honesty and sincerity. I am now currently enjoying my big comfy cushion thanks to Coopers and will be ordering again in the future! Keep up the good work!
