Ordered a booster cushion for my mother. It never arrived. Called them up and they said Hermes had not attempted delivery but had sent it back to them !!!!!
They would send out another. This never turned up either. Another call to customer services.
Promised to send it out again, it never turned up. Final call to customer services to cancel order and request refund which did turn up as a cheque.
Now the final sting in the tail, each time you call customer services you are paying premium rate call charges. My three calls to try and rectify their total incompetence ended up costing me over £16.
Absolutely the worst online shopping experience ever combined with the sharp practice of fleecing you with premium rate call charges. Totally unethical company who totally justify the many one star reviews. I will be avoiding these sharp operators in the future and my advice to you is to do the same.
