Waiting for delivery of lawn mower. Unable to track as it doesnt recognise my post code. Been lied to on phone, unable to cancel for refund until I refuse delivery! What delivery?? Then will have to wait 14 days for refund after they have received it. If it doesnt arrive at all what then. Hermes received it supposedly on 21st May. Will wait another week then contact trading standards and PayPal for a refund. No customer service at all. dDO NOT ORDER FROM THENM.
