We had issues with not receiving 2 orders we placed - one that my mother (aged 89) placed over the telephone and one that I placed on line through the website. The excuse given when we eventually managed to speak to someone was that they had been very busy! To top it all my mother has received her telephone bill and has incurred charges of over £12.00 trying to speak to someone in customer services to resolve the issues. Be warned that the contact number given on the website is a premium number and is charged at 45p a minute and you are left holding on the phone for ages when the call connects. This is absolutely appalling and we will NOT be ordering anything from this company again! They do not deserve any stars!
