I ordered an Air Rhino from Coopers. Unfortunately it was incomplete. They arranged to have it collected but, although they stated on their Invoice that we would get a full refund, you have to pay the carriage costs of the return. At last, after sending them a message on the pending refund through their web site and I called the customer services, they took 3 weeks to reimburse us (minus £3). I will never use this company any more. I feel very disappointed indeed. They wasted my time and money.
