My friend gave me a neck fan quoted by coopers to be silent it is ghastly, so noisy you can’t hear anything but the noise of the fan I know it cost her over£20 with postage, if you have any decency refund her money and bin the rest of your stock it is absolute rubbish not fit for sale it is so noisy the family can’t hear the tv for it or speak to each other. I have used your catalogue in the past , but after this never again I can’t tell her how awful it is
