My saga. Ordered deluxe leg rest 28/06/23 priced £44.99. On arrival, parcel had 2 screws missing. Rang Coopers and was asked if I could go to DIY shop and purchase 2 screws, I said I couldn’t. Faulty Item was returned and reordered. 2nd parcel arrived with exact same fault. Contacted Coopers who again asked if I could go to DIYs to purchase 2 screws. This time, against my better judgement, I tried 2 DIYs who didn’t stock the size required. Contacted Coopers again, this time refusing the offer of a replacement. I wasn’t prepared to reorder and have the same thing happen so I asked for a refund. The 2nd parcel was picked up and returned 21/07/23. I gave Coopers plenty of time to process the refund. Weeks later, no refund. Rang Coopers again explaining the situation and again weeks later no refund. Contacted Coopers a 3rd time. 3rd time lucky, a cheque arrived today 5/10/23. This is my first experience with Coopers and will be my last.
