Identical items broken on arrival, offered to send spare parts which would have only been useful for one. Gave me a refund and told me to throw the items away. Asked if I could purchase one spare part or one of the items so I could fix one but they won't supply the part. I am going to post them back and charge them postage which will cost them even more for being ridiculous , one lost customer.
