Bought 2 halogen heaters,"buy 1 get 1 free offer" back in 2014.
1 of the heaters we used since then,the 2nd one was set aside as a standby until 10 days ago when we started to use it. After a few days one of the elements failed.
I sent an email to Coopers explaining the above.
Their inconsiderate reply said sorry but not interested in helping ,unit out of guarantee no discretion used .I have been a customer for many years but no longer.
