put an order in and it stated will receive it within 5 days. no communication from them about dispatch. on day 6 i contacted them twice, no reply. then i contacted them through paypal dispute and asked for a refund as i hadn't received it. strangely enough I got a reply saying it had now been dispatched. when it should have been dispatched 7 days previously (according to their website).
yes the product was ok, but customer service and communication and delivery was rubbish. i wont use them again
