Absolutely disgusted. Will never buy from them again. Total ripoff.
Their phone numbers are premium rate at 55p per minute. Needed some help with a dodgy item ended up costing me almost £8 in call charges.
After all that problem was not resolved by useless technical support. Found out they're just a call centre with only a database to assist them. Guy I spoke to was on his notice and blew the whistle to me.
