absolute amateurs , i ordered a canopy /porch and when it came it had a faulty component . i phoned them ( premium rate call £3.79 ) and the indifferent agent said they would send out a complete canopy as they could not supply the faulty part . when it arrived i emailed them about returning the faulty item , they said they would collect it but could not give a time so i had to wait in all day .
i will never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone .
