Coopers of Stortford have a problem with delivering goods. We placed an order at the end of November, it arrived incomplete, I.e. some items were missing. I was assured the missing items would be shipped soon. Next I got a parcel with the complete order, which meant I now had duplicates and was being charged for them. When I contacted Coopers they said they would arrange for the duplicates to be picked up by Hermes couriers. This was at the beginning of December. Since then Coopers fixed 3 days when Hermes would come and pick up the goods. We are still in possession of the duplicates and have not been reimbursed yet. This service is unacceptable and very inconvenient for the customer.
