Customer service in this company is abysmal. Ages to get through to be told "wrong department", someone will call back.
A week later and after chasing I was told they were very busy and working hard. No advice or assistance offered to address problem of piece of equipment that was not working.
This is not a company to buy from if there are alternative sources - which there are.
