I sent in an order by post on the 13/3/2020 with a cheque for two items...
So, on the 26/3/2020 - as I had not heard from your company or received the goods... I phoned Coopers twice and was told by two different people that my order and cheque was not in their system ??
They also said there was nothing they could do to help me ? and the second woman rudely told me I should have ordered by email ?
Please could you instruct your staff to be more helpful with your customers and not treat us so rudely! also, why have hard copy order forms, if Coopers cannot process them or in my case loose them !?
I hope my bad experience has helped you understand how some of your customers are treated on the phone when they phone in with a query...
