Ordered a chainsaw sharpener which was apparently 'in stock'. Once payment had been taken they told me that it might take up to 28 days to deliver. 10 days after ordering it still hadn't arrived and customer services told me that it wouldn't get delivered for another week. Tried to cancel but they said it was too late and that I would have to wait until it was eventually delivered then ask for a refund.
28 days delivery for an 'in stock' item is a WASTE OF TIME!
