I ordered a water boiler at the end of January '15. Mid April '15 tge on/off switch at tge side jammed, fortunately in the on possition so I was still able to use it. I tekephoned the company and spoke to Ben. He was poiite, helpfull and very professional. He arranged a replacement which duly arrived as promised.
