I bought a grill/oven two years ago and was extremely pleased with it, but recently the thermostat gave up, so I contacted Coopers, who said immediately "A replacement is on its way". I was fully prepared to buy another one if they could assure me that it would last longer than two years, but they just assured me that I would get a replacement and wouldn't have to return the old one.
I have never ever had such wonderful service and will continue to shop with Coopers.
