Most horrible experience ever from the staff at Hull bus station from Ryan and colleague! Today morning, 7ish… Who talked down to me, short changed me on my refund and even gossiped about me with another customer whilst in the shop!! Just because I wanted a refund for a COLD cheese and bacon sandwich.
Ryan was yelling at me when I asked for my change to be explained. I then requested not to be shouted at ‘ but got more yelled at and told ‘ GET OUT OF MY SHOP’
