This place is idiotic. I paid the $50 registration fee and wanted to bid on a golf cart. I was told I need a business certificate from my state even though I am a registered LLC in the state of Florida. I even sent them the webpage that states I don't need a business license in the county I live in. They said sorry, you can't buy. So basically I spent $50 for nothing. DO NOT REGISTER WITH COPART UNLESS YOU HAVE $50 TO WASTE. Horrible business to deal with. Never again.
