I had a very frustrating experience with Copart. I paid for a membership, and right after that they started demanding endless documents to verify my identity. I uploaded everything possible, but they kept asking for more and more. Instead of making the process simple and clear, they made it complicated and stressful. In the end, I decided to cancel my membership and now I’m just waiting to get my money back. Very disappointing and unprofessional service.

They delivered my car in a way that broke the under engine cover. I spent weeks trying to show them PROOF - pictures of the car when it arrived on their lot and pictures of the car of how they delivered it. They refused accountability. AND the car was missing a sensor in the front. Had proof that was intact when they received the car as well. They take long times to get back to you, route your calls all over the place, and their customer service has rude men who straight up refuse to do their job. In fact I caught his statements that he wasn't supposed to say I guess, and he tried to gas light me into thinking he never said that. All this AFTER - they took WEEKS to deliver the car to me.

I liked Copart. We sooo loved our old jeep. At 20 yers old she was diagnosed with fuel problems we were not sure about. Our mechanic said. At this age, it’s a gamble now mate. Could be a small issue, could be expensive. We decided to call it a day with the jeep. We contacted copart. They were no nonsense and dealt with it straightaway. Came and collected within a week. No we did not probably get top dollar. That’s not the point. We knew she needed to go and we bought another jeep.. copart just made the decision and process so easy. And they were really professional, courteous and quick, which made life and decisions so much easier. We really liked them. Simon

insanely high fees. horrible customer service. confusing rules. this is a horrible site and raising the fee from 10% to 20% is insane for what they provide. its a horrible company and a ripoff really for a deal you think you're getting thats loaded with fees and complications.

Man where do i even start.. the Copart customer service is already pretty bad but now as of 08-25 they have this stupid 3rd party company that directly transfers you to speak to Indians that can’t give you NO information whatsoever on any lots or vehicle

Copart closed my dealer account without explanation and won’t refund money for the vehicles we paid for, but never let us pick it up, and won’t mail us a titles.

Copart been using and scanning buyers stating the wrong information on the cars they are selling. Some cars shows (listed) as run and drive even with bad engine condition (not able to start) happed to me and few other people we close our accounts. Be careful people!

They were super unprofessional and rude. I tried to call to see when someone would be out to get my car because I have appointments and the First Lady was super nice but couldn’t give me any information other than it had not been dispatched out yet. The Second Lady I spoke to in dispatch was extremely rude and short and spoke to me like I was stupid for trying to get information on my vehicle they are picking up. If I could pick someone else to pick it up I would.

In my personal experience copart is not a company that lives up to its word. They do not do what they say they are going to do. By phone they will feed you everything but the truth

Paid $35 for a Condition Report days before the car was to be auctioned. Before stipulated time. Never received this Report. Called Copart up several days after to ask for a refund. Since then called Copart at least 4 times over 5 months to get the $35 refund. Got the run around about whose responsibility it was to investigate why the yard did not send out the Report. I told them it is not my responsibility to talk to the yard and ask about the car condition and why the report was not sent out. I paid for that service. Got fed up and asked paypal for my refund. Paypal gave it to me. Next day tried getting into my account and found it was suspended. What the XXXy!!?? Keep in mind $100/year for the account. Two different service. Had it with the people. Now they owe me for the account that was suspended. Can't win....

I just wanted to thank CoPart for assisting me in this hard time of losing my vehicle. My car was total loss they picked my car up quick. The process was held up due to my insurance not responding to correct paperwork. And there was an Angel Eleanor C. with title express lien department who went above and beyond to help me get the insurance to respond she also was able to reach out to my lender t finally get the payoff amounts after a few failed attempts to get pay off. This sped up the process and without her help I wouldn’t have gotten it done. Although I am stressed and still in the process at end Eleanor was a light to me. CoPart process was easy and they certainly did their job effectively and efficiently! Also Candace L. With titling who noticed I was in distress at the beginning and helped me understand the process and gave me kind words of encouragement. Thank you both ladies for exuding professionalism and being empathetic.

Checked in with app, waiting times increased instead decreasing. There were 2 csrs working the counter that has 4 workstations. And the seated staff didnt help. I cancelled my “appt” . customer service mgr said she wasnt putting on more staff to help.

The fees in Copart has gotten out of control at times is more worth it to buy at the Facebook market place rather than Copart.
