if you have any complaints contact michelle.kramer@myfloridalegal.com she will help you with any and all disputes in reference to vehicles not as described. She assisted my friend in getting a refund. Although some vehicles are good at Copart sometimes they are not as described. Michelle Kramer

There’s some hidden details by car buying/ bidding and that is not good for buyers so we as a buyers we are not safe we are not good informed about the cars!!!

Copart is what I can say it’s okay. Their after payments fees are way high. I think they should work on lowering their fees. You buy a car at $4500. Why at the long run end up with 5,700. Please lower the fees. For both buyers and sellers. You charge all this to much fee. Heart breaking

For the most part I have had good success buying from Copart. I do believe like many others, the fees are getting way too high. For the vehicles I have bought, I am paying close to $1000 over the winning bid. It is getting more expensive and more complicated working with Copart. As of late, the new sign in protocol to go into the lot for viewing or to pick up your vehicle for some reason has not been an easy transition for me. My last purchase, I filled out and made an appointment to pick up a vehicle. When I got there my appointment was not in the system. And even though I was the only one there and there was no one else loading out, the loader operator was gripping at me that my name was not in the system for an appointment. Not sure what I did or did not do that it did not save the appointment, but I thought it was very comical for the loader operator to be in a huff that I was there...especially when no one else was loading out. How simple would it be to just walk in and say, 'I am here to pick up my vehicle", when I have to go in to pay for the vehicle, sign the paperwork, and get the title anyway?

Fees are to high. when bidding is done and I did not win I would like to be able to see the winning bid.

The staff in Lyman is very friendly, that being said, I feel the fees have gotten out of hand. The surcharge for under minimum purchases is unfair.

To slow expensive fees less not enough time to pick up vehicles they make money and donde appreciate the costumers

I can't say the same for the other Copart sites, but my experience at the Philadelphia site was good.

The staff at the Eldridge Iowa location are very rude. I have sat in the parking lot waiting to be called in only to find out I was the only one there to pick up a car but they would rather sit and gossip instead of helping the customers. And I don’t understand why they charge a gate fee or service fee, ( whatever they call it) when they do nothing to help you. Buying the car is no problem. It’s the staff and even the manager, that I have a problem with.

satisfied but reduce the membership fees, it's up to the purchase costs and also review the storage costs especially for international buyers

Copart did not make me happy this time . Although I bought many cars from copart over many years that worked out the last 3 from them were corvettes and you would think I would have learned my lesson but.... people cheated and changed the engines and the pictures and info did not tell all ... One did not even HAVE A MOTOR IN IT which you could not see from the pics , the listing said it had a 7.0 L in it , one had a good motor but the body was totally twisted and much frame damage basically a scrap title sold as salvage , again info did not say that only FRONT End damage. The last one someone took out the 7.0 427 engine and put in a scrap 5.2 to look the same ,again no information on that listing and the pictures did not show that , someone listing it could have easily seen what a picture didn't show. I have complained because these were 3 different yards but they say I could have paid for an inspection and once out the door its mine !! I checked and suing them is impossible, so I guess the best bet is to pay for the inspection when buying online . I am trying to make lemonade out of some pretty sour situations and after much trying I did get my money back for the one without a motor thankfully but not expenses
