They will nickel and dime you...MAKE SURE YOUR DRIVER PICKS UP THE TITLE AND KEYS. Otherwise, they'll make money to send it out to you. Plus, if the title and keys aren't ready, they'll potentially never find them again and your driver won't be able to unload the car potentially. This is a disorganized mess of a company.
