Called to see how to obtain personal items left in vehicle after towing. Frances @ Lincoln, Ne location was awesome. Not only on the phone but in person at the location. Iām vehicle was retrieved, I was able to obtain my items and I was out the door. Frances was polite, positive, and helpful, all while multitasking like crazy. She deserves a raise!!š.
